Processing credit card payments
The third parties with whom we conduct business are only authorized to use your information to perform the service for which they were hired. We are also a wholesaler and we require a minimum order of 50 items unless an exception has been approved by a Bargians2buy4.com representative. Our company will charge a 5% re-stocking fee for all processed transacitons.
If your item was purchased online and received by the proper buyer, you should return it by mail at the buyers expense. If the item(s) is(are) DOA(dead on arrival) or damaged beyond repair. All items must be reported to B2B4 within 20 days of purchase.
Damaged or DOA items when received by B2B4 will be inspected for defaults and if not the fault of the buyer will be replaced with a fuctional one. The shipping back to the buyer will be at B2B4 expense.
You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our Return Policy. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. An identical item exchange is only excepted. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Bargains2Buy4.com.
Mail
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Follow these directions to return by mail:
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
Include the return label (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend that you return the item to a Bargains2Buy4.com. If you prefer to mail it, you must call 859-887-1313 for special instructions.
If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Bargains2Buy4.com for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
